This is a brand new venture for Chef Tim. He’s been cooking for over 30 years and thought he’d try something new at PFM. Bill Tracy (Bill’s Grill/ Bill’s Pizza) was his mentor. He had a rewarding tenure at Bill’s Grill before moving to help open Bill’s Pizza in Palm Desert, CA. He also helped open and was executive chef at Red, White and Brew in downtown Prescott. Most recently, he was executive Chef at Yavapai College for almost a year before deciding to be a micro-entrepreneur at the farmers market. Tim and his wife Sarah will be offering Kimchi fried rice with fried egg and Gochujang yum, yum sauce with optional Beef (ribeye) bulgogi as a choice. In the mood for a sandwich? Try the kimchi grilled cheese on multigrain bread with a decadent blend of sharp aged cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
