We built a climate-controlled grow room in 2015 and started growing and selling a variety of fresh mushrooms and grow kits at farmers markets. What did not sell as fresh, we started drying and selling it as dry. When the dry mushrooms became abundant, we started powdering them, then making seasonings, then adding to green jasmine tea, coffee grounds, making tinctures for stronger medicinal properties for those that did not like to eat or cook with mushrooms, then a goat milk soap base with Reishi and Trumella mushrooms.
