Brian shares, “I have always loved my coffee black. For me it’s the best way to fully enjoy the flavor of coffee. And a good cup of coffee, is good to the very last drop. In 2017 I began to roast coffee as a hobby; with a little 1 pound roaster my wife got me for Christmas. I spent the better part of three years creating my recipes and researching how to roast coffee. Since then I have gotten a commercial roaster due to the overwhelming orders that were created by giving friends and family samples of my roasts.” In October of 2022 he and Coryn started a successful website to reach out to more coffee drinkers. Now, via the market they are able to share their roasts with fellow coffee drinkers in the community.
