You have been invited to an Italian family’s home for dinner and grandma is cooking! Pat prepares several varieties of pasta dishes uncluding Italian Lasagna, Eggplant Parmesan, Chicken Lasagna (red & white sauce), Manicotti, Meatballs and Penne with sauce. All are made with their farm fresh products. Meals are sold frozen. All you need to do is pop them in the microwave or oven, then serve and enjoy!
Pat grows garden herbs such as basil, parsley, oregano, mint and tarragon. You find both fresh and dried varieties at the market.
