Ghost & Spur began the way the best things often do — right at home, with family, good food, and a love for bold Western flavor. What started as small-batch recipes made in their own kitchen quickly turned into something their friends, family, and customers couldn’t stop talking about. Today, they proudly create artisan beef jerky using locally sourced K4 Gourmet Beef, bringing a little bit of Prescott pride into every batch.
