April may be the slimmest month of the year as far as harvesting goes here in the Prescott area; however that doesn’t mean there aren’t fresh, delicious fruits and vegetables at the market. Cool weather crops are still enjoying some cold nights and pretty soon warmer weather crops will start appearing at the market. Here is what you’ll find at the market this month:
