Food Assistance – FMNP
2026 Farmers Market Nutrition Program
The Arizona Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) is a USDA program, administered by the Department of Economic Security and Pinnacle Prevention in Arizona. Eligible seniors and WIC participants can apply online for FMNP coupons to spend towards the purchase of fresh, whole, unprocessed, AZ-grown produce, and dried beans at approved farmers markets statewide.
There are several important program changes this year. Below is a summary of changes, directions for how to receive either WIC or Senior FMNP coupons, important dates, and where to spend FMNP coupons. FAQ for 2026
- Who is eligible for the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program?
Seniors who are at or below 185% of the federal poverty level or who are actively participating in the Commodity Supplemental Food Program. Visit Senior with Income Eligibility and Seniors with CSFP Yellow Cards pages for more detailed information.
- Who is eligible for the WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program?
Households that are actively participating in the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program.
- Will there be match coupons in 2026?
No. The $50 match coupon booklets are not available in 2026 due to a lack of funding.
- Can I pick up FMNP coupons at a farmers market?
No. This year, coupons are not available on the spot at farmers markets. All FMNP participants must complete an application online or through the mail before heading to a farmers market to shop.
- When can I obtain coupons? When is the deadline to pick up coupons?
Applications for Senior and WIC FMNP coupons will open March 1 and will remain open through September 30. Keep in mind, coupons are issued first come, first served, based on the availability of funding.
- What are the 3 easy steps for FMNP in 2026?
STEP 1
To apply, visit: www.azfmnp.org. Paper applications available upon request. Call 833-836-8253 ext. 4 for application assistance.
STEP 2
Receive FMNP coupons through the mail. Coupons are first come, first served. Participants may be waitlisted based on funding availability.
Step 3
Bring your FMNP coupons to a participating farmers market to spend on fresh, Arizona-grown fruits and vegetables.

Online Applications open for WIC FMNP & Senior FMNP coupons: March 1
Last day to collect coupons: September 30
Coupons are available first come, first served, and based on available funding.
Last day to spend coupons at PFM: November 14

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/USDA-OASCR%20P-Complaint-Form-0508-0002-508-11-28-17Fax2Mail.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (833) 620-1071, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
