BARBED J BEEF
Barbed J Beef is a family run business dedicated to natural beef raised on irrigated pastures throughout the Verde Valley. All beef sold is raised on their pastures, hormone free, steroid, and antibiotic free. Calves are raised on pasture until they are a year old, then supplemented with a barley-mash from local breweries to finish with top quality beef. All cattle have a heavy Wagyu influence, meaning they are bred from cattle that come from Japan and are kobe beef. Wagyu have a very high percentage of marbling. There are full, half, and quarter blood Wagyu Beef on their ranch.
Wyatt and Jennifer are committed to continuing their family ranching practices and look forward to supplying all areas of Yavapai County with delicious, locally raised beef.
