The Farm to Table Dinner is Prescott Farmers Market’s iconic fundraiser! Experience the beloved event where local chefs and local farmers collaborate to create unforgettable fare.

This year, we celebrate the connection between the land that feeds us and the community that sustains us. This evening honors the farmers who cultivate our fields, the chefs who transform the harvest, and the neighbors who gather at the table. Each dish reflects the care, collaboration, and seasonal abundance that make our region flourish.

From the first planting to the shared meal, this is a celebration of what can grow when we tend the land — and each other — with love and care.

Things to know

As our guest, you will enjoy seasonally inspired dishes from five local chefs, all prepared with ingredients from dedicated farmers and ranchers. The menu is a reflection of the season, so it’s a surprise. There will be something for everyone, whether you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.

The chefs will be stationed around the courtyard, and you will be able to approach each station (four “courses” plus dessert) in any order and whenever you’re ready. This meal format allows for more connection amongst guests, and there will be seating for those who want to rest. The Crescent Bar will be serving cocktails, beer, wine and a selection of non-alcoholic specials as well.

We like to say that the attire is “Prescott fancy” – not black tie and not necessarily cocktail dresses. Please dress for comfort as this event is outside (though shaded). It’s an opportunity to dress up but it doesn’t have to be “to the nines”.

As the event nears, we will be in touch with attendees with more details about attire, venue, silent auctions items available, what to expect, etc.

New this year

Bread & Spread Bar: Enjoy an assortment of bread from PFM vendors, spreads from chefs and olive oil and balsamic from Olive U Naturally.

Flower Bar: Build a bouquet of local flowers for your table, then take it home to enjoy beyond the event. Thanks to Haley Construction for sponsoring this activity.

Canvas Totes: Buckin’ Brims will have canvas totes ready for you to decorate with market-inspired patches.

Tax-credit Eligible Donation

The fair market value of each ticket is $158. Each ticket includes a $21 donation to Prescott Farmers Market. Your $21 contribution, plus any fees you cover, are eligible for the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit. Please keep your receipt for tax purposes and share it with your accountant when you’re ready to claim the credit. Our QCO code is 20891. Your support helps sustain our programs year-round, from the Saturday market to Feed Your Neighbors to Prescott Community Compost to NoCo Community Kitchen.

Refund/Transfer Policy

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can (1) transfer your ticket to another person or (2) we will treat your total payment amount as a donation and provide appropriate documentation for you. You can transfer your ticket to someone else anytime before September 19, 2026. Please reply to your confirmation email as soon as you know to let us know you won’t be able to attend or to give us the contact information of the person taking your place.
