Join BEND for another very special Sunrise Summer Solstice Celebration!
In yoga, moving through Sun Salutations is a meditative practice that connects the body and the mind through repetitive postures. Sun Salutations can be a particularly meaningful practice at the start of a new season, or during a time of change in nature. This celebration will begin and end with a morning meditation. Together, we will move through 108 Sun Salutations, and you will be gently guided through each one.
This celebration is beginner-friendly, and enjoyable for all levels.
Room Temperature: a comfortable 90 degrees.
This class is donation-based, and you are required to donate in order to sign up. Donations begin at $10 and go up to your preferred amount. 50% of all proceeds will go to Prescott Farmers Market!
