Would you like to learn how to make your own fermented foods? Curious about creating your own kimchi, sauerkraut, pickles or other veggies imbued with probiotics? How about about crafting fermented salsa?

Chef Molly Beverly leads this hands-on class. Class includes recipes and a tasting of several fermented foods.

Students provide their own vegetables & jars and will go home with 1-2 quarts of prepared ferments

Saturday, Feb 4, 10 am – 12 pm at Manzanita Village in Prescott

This class is free to teachers and Slow Food USA members
