Even though there is NO MARKET this Saturday 11/27, we recognize that you will be cooking more than normal this week which means more food scraps than normal and we still want them!
To make room in your bucket, stop by our COMPOST SITE on Wednesday, November 24th between 10am-1pm for a quick food-scrap drop-off! The site is located near the corner of Fairgrounds Avenue and Schemmer Drive (see map below). Be on the lookout for an open fence gate with two pillars of green buckets welcoming you to the compost site on the north side of Schemmer. From there, you will be guided and greeted by Annie and Zach, our assistant compost managers, who will take care of your scraps. They will perform the usual green bucket swap and tote bin collection. Please be extra careful turning into and leaving the site!
