Canning Demonstration: Blueberry Spiced Jam
Master Food Preservers will demonstrate how to safely can fruit products, featuring a tested recipe for Blueberry Spiced Jam. Attendees will sample the results and receive recipes and materials to support their own home canning. The deadline to register is April 27. The cost is $15 per person, which covers demonstration ingredients, supplies and participant materials.
