The Greater Prescott Area has some incredible chefs who are dedicated to supporting local farmers and ranchers. We invite local chefs to showcase their creativity using fresh, local, seasonal foods from the market and share it with our customers. Join us as Chef Ryan Foster, the owner/operator of The Hungry Badger Adventure Catering and who currently manages the food services at Mark’s BeerGarden, attends market as our June 2023 Chef in Action. He plans to serve up delicious samples of Pulled Chicken Sliders with a Daikon Radish and Carrot Slaw made with local market ingredients!! His recipe will feature Chicken (Ridgeview Farms), Slider Buns (two bites bakery), Carrots (Whipstone Farm), Daikon Radish (Blooming Reed Farm), Onion & Garlic (Mortimer Farms) and Honey (Sun Valley Bees). This is a FREE event and open to the public. Come taste a delicious bite of what’s in season!
