The Greater Prescott Area has some incredible chefs who are dedicated to supporting local farmers and ranchers. We invite local chefs to showcase their creativity using fresh, local, seasonal foods from the market and share it with our customers.

Chef Cassandra Hankison of BiGA by Senses will be at the market on Saturday, September 9th, serving up samples made from market ingredients. She is planning Java French Toast with Toasted Pecans & Espresso Syrup and a Fried Quail Egg. We can’t wait to sample it at the market and then go home to make it ourselves using the Java French Toast with Quail Eggs recipe!
