The Greater Prescott Area has some incredible chefs who are dedicated to supporting local farmers and ranchers. Through our Chef In Action program, we invite local chefs to showcase their creativity using fresh, local, seasonal foods from the market and share it with our customers.
Chef Matt Hart of Vivili Hospitality will be at the market on Saturday, July 15, serving up samples made from market ingredients. He is planning a Scallion Pancake with Rocket, Radish & Fennel Salad and Basil & Blackberry Gastrique (subject to change). We can’t wait to try it!
