Join us on Saturday, May 31st, to see Chef Tony Burris of The Eatery at Yavapai College prepare delicious (and FREE) samples of an Asian cold noodle salad using ingredients from the market, inspired by the traditional soba noodle salad found in Asian cuisines.
Samples are planned to be available from 7:30am to 11:00am, but when they’re gone, that’s it, so get yours early!
This is a FREE event and open to the public. Come taste a delicious bite of what’s in season!
