The Greater Prescott Area has some incredible chefs who are dedicated to supporting local farmers and ranchers. We invite local chefs to showcase their creativity using fresh, local, seasonal foods from the market and share it with our customers. Join us as Chef Kristina Jones of KitchAcademy attends market as our May 2023 Chef in Action and serves up samples of something delicious made with local market ingredients!! She’s making Seared Tri-Tip with Chocolate Balsamic Rhubarb & Heirloom Snap Peas, using tri tip from K4 Gourmet Beef, rhubarb from Aguiar Farm, snap peas from Schaffer Farms and pecans from Mina’s Farm.This is a FREE event and open to the public.
