About us:
De Cio Pasta is owned by Scott Morrison, a chef who brings more
than 10 years experience to his business, from working with numerous
restaurants to his present position of Chef Instructor at the Scottsdale
Culinary School, from which he graduated six years ago. He has owned
his business for four years.
Product practices
and philosophy: We make 24 flavors and shapes of pasta,
using the freshest vegetables and spices when they are available.
All pasta is made in 50 pound batches with durem semolina.
Each batch is air dried for 48 hours, drying slowly in a temperature
controlled room, which helps maintain all the best flavor possible,
before being packaged.
