I have read the Prescott Farmers Market Rules and Regulations and agree to adhere to said Rules and Regulations. I acknowledge that I am growing or producing the products being sold at the Prescott Farmers Market. I will allow an on-site visit of my growing location or production site by a representative of the Prescott Farmers Market. I agree to a payment in the amount of 10% of weekly sales to Prescott Farmers Market.
